Buddy Dyer, the mayor of Orlando, and Rick Scott, the governor of Florida, spoke about the strength of their community after the horrible shooting at Pulse, an Orlando LGBTQ nightclub. Dyer and Scott expressed gratitude and pride in both the support given by the people of Florida to the friends and family of the victims, as well as the heroic acts of the Orlando police.
