With the new estimates feature, small businesses and individuals can create professional, branded quotes for clients and prospects. Customers can review the information and return change requests, or accept it as-is. From there, the estimate can be conveniently converted to an invoice, and sent out to the client. Including more features within one service, especially ones that are highly integrated with each other, is an important development for Freshbooks. This streamlines the billing process and enables the user to process and track items faster.
