Moblf: 15 Steps to Getting FriendFeed via SMS [Invites]

This isn’t about to help your information overload problems, but if you’re a FriendFeed fan, it is a new way to keep up with your friends while on the go, Twitter style. Moblf (“mobile life,” minus a few vowels) is the name of the service, and its goal is to provide Twitter-like SMS functionality via SMS.

For now, the basic functions include being able to grab the most recent 5 updates from your FriendFeed stream, and being able to send a message to your followers, all via text messaging. Soon, you will be able to reply to your friend’s activities via SMS, which will show up in the form of comments on FriendFeed.

If you’d like to try it out, to get started first go to Moblf’s site and register your Twitter username and the promotion code “Mash” (first 300 people). From there, I had developer Nandini Hirianniah break things down into the following step-by-step instructions to make it easy for you, since getting setup is a bit involved:
