Sometimes all you have to do is ask.
That's what rapper and comedian Lil' Dicky (a.k.a. David Burd) did when he endeavored to create a lavish rap music video on the cheap.

Burd wanted to film a video for his rap song "Save Dat Money," which commented on, and ironically featured, the glamorized excess often found in rap videos. However, the goal was to do it in a fiscally responsible manner, in accordance with the song itself.
In order to accomplish such a feat, Burd asked various homeowners/boat owners/club owners if he could film in their facilities for free, using two video cameras and no lighting.
Surprisingly, a handful of people actually agreed to the unusual stunt.
Thus, the "Save Dat Money" music video was born. The video manages to feature a mansion, a yacht, a Lamborghini, a wild dance club, T-Pain's music video shoot, the girls from Broad City, Sarah Silverman, Mark Cuban, Hannibal Buress and more.
