Comply With the FTC's New Blogger Disclosure Rules With Amusing Icons

Earlier this week, the FTC’s new blogger disclosure rules went into effect, meaning that whenever one of us receives anything that could potentially be looked upon as a conflict of interest, it needs to be disclosed in our writing.

While I personally have a slightly different take on this than many of my peers, best practices for disclosing these relationships are still to-be-determined (at Mashable, we typically do it with text in the article). To try and solve that problem, illustrator Jeannine Schafer has designed an amusing icon set that can be used when looking to appease the FTC guidelines.
