Once enabled in your Gmail Labs tab, a little player will appear underneath your voicemail notification message and transcript. Neat!
The player will also show up when forwarding a voicemail to someone else. So if you want to forward your messages directly from your Google Voice inbox to a different Google account (or to a friend), you can do that and play the message within that tab too.
The only thing that would make Google Voice and Gmail integration any better would be if the two inboxes had the option of merging. I'd love to see all my starred messages from my Google Voice inbox appear in my regular Gmail inbox.
Still, even something as simple as in-message playback is a great step for the free call management system that just keeps getting better!
