These blundering stretcher-droppers could be sport's worst ever medics

If you're one of those people whose job it is to run onto the football pitch and carry off any injured players on a stretcher, you'd think one of the key requirements -- in fact probably the absolute main requirement -- would be to not drop the person you're transporting.

The stretcher bearers in the footage above -- which appears to be a clip from Saturday's Greek football league match between Larissa and Ergotelis -- clearly didn't get the memo, because they manage to drop the player they're carrying not once, but twice (and the second time the guy carrying the stretcher actually falls on top of the player, just to make things that little bit worse).

Assuming it's not all some sort of elaborate prank (and it's worth noting the stretcher bearer facing the camera does appear to be stifling a grin at one point), the whole thing is pretty incredible.
