Iotum, the phone conferencing service, has launched a Facebook application letting you hold free conference calls with those in your network.
There is a good amount of Facebook integration for this application, which mimics the Events portion of your Facebook account. This makes it easier to create an event around a phone conference, and leverages Facebook to keep everyone in the loop regarding event details. Users can RSVP and see who else will be included on the call. Another useful features is the PIN-less dial in, which uses your mobile phone number as a personal identifier, linking you in directly to the call. This is a faster, easier way to start and finish conference calls in a timely fashion, and removes the necessity for you to always search for your PIN number.
