As reported twice on Mashable already, YouTube will be on the iPhone. The TV ad started to appear today, and YouTube user msdvideo caught it on camera. This ad hasn't been posted to the Apple site yet, but there are some Quicktime demos that demonstrate the features, including the YouTube app.
