Watch as Parliament in Japan devolves into one rowdy dogpile

Chaos erupted in Tokyo on Thursday as Japan's ruling party pushed the last passage of contentious security bills through a legislative committee, catching the opposition by surprise. Upper House committee chairman Yoshitada Konoike was surrounded -- literally -- by opposing lawmakers who tried to prevent the vote to increase the military's influence. They piled on top of him and tried to take away his microphone until guards broke through and escorted Konoike out of the room.
