It seems that as actors on Jacob's Patience, everyone had to use fake arms because of arm acne and other weird limb issues. But actually, they did it because it's a hilarious recurring sketch Fallon has his guests do called "Real People, Fake Arms."
If watching Carrey and Daniels try (and fail) to serve burgers, fries and milkshakes with mannequin arms doesn't get you pumped for the Dumb and Dumber sequel, nothing will.
