Justin Bieber might need an intervention, because he is clearly addicted to apologizing. He might even be letting people down just to feel the rush of begging for forgiveness at this point.

Bieber was scheduled to appear on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert Tuesday night, but had to back out for unspecified personal reasons.

My apologies to @colbertlateshow as I won't be able to make it to nyc tomorrow for the show. I look forward to making it up to you soon— Justin Bieber (@justinbieber) November 24, 2015

@StephenAtHome thank you for the understanding as sometimes life kicks our ass and we need to deal with it. I will see u soon. Thank you— Justin Bieber (@justinbieber) November 24, 2015

He has also canceled his performance during the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and will instead spend the day being grateful for a little time to love himself.

There is no confirmation that Bieber dropped out because CBS could not make it rain in Manhattan for his performance, but we're not ruling it out.

Feel better, Bieber, wherever ü are now.
