LG's leather-clad flagship smartphone is arriving in the hands of consumers this week -- but only in a handful of markets.

According to LG, the first market to get the G4 (besides South Korea, where the G4 is already available) will be Hong Kong, followed by Turkey, Russia and Singapore.

The details get muddy after that, with LG saying the G4 will "eventually" come to "most of Europe," as well as North America, Eurasian states, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa as well as South and Central America.

The LG G4 is a 5.5-inch smartphone with a QuadHD display, a Snapdragon 808 processor with six cores, 3GB of memory and a 16-megapixel camera. Read our review here.

Pricing and other details will be announced separately for each market.
