Among the glitz and glamor of the Grammys was a moment to remember important issues.

President Barack Obama delivered a message about domestic violence in a special PSA for It's On Us, which aired during the Grammy Awards on Sunday night.

"Tonight we celebrate artists whose music and message help shape our culture. And together we can change our culture for the better by ending violence against women and girls," President Obama says in the video.

Immediately following the PSA, activist Brooke Axtell took to the Grammys stage to share her story of domestic abuse alongside Katy Perry, who sang her ballad "By The Grace of God," which details the singer's personal experience with suicide.
