UPDATE: December 14, 2015 (2:19 PM ET): Although Starbucks' polar bear cookies made waves on social media over the past few days, they're actually discontinued. Starbucks confirmed to Mashable that the cookies haven't been available since 2010.
The stockings are hung by the chimney with care. And left out for Santa? A dead polar bear.
If you're holding a grudge against Saint Nick this holiday season, consider leaving him one of Starbucks' polar bear cookies on Christmas Eve. We surmise the red icing is supposed to be a scarf, but upon first glance, it appears that these smiling bears have blood gushing from their throats.
