FormSpring is an online form-building tool that takes a lot of the headache out of public user data acquisition and storage. It is a simple business, but one that has done well for Chris Lucas. He sat down at the Open Web Awards with Mashable Conversations guest host Brad Hunstable to talk a bit about his business, where it has been and where it's headed.
