Prolify is aiming to make your email far more than just a way of sending notes like "Racquetball @ 10?" and turning it into a full-fledged project management and collaboration tool. Integrated with Microsoft Outlook, Prolify allows you to keep up-to-date on what the team status is on any project. You can even share attachments and get automated version updating so that everyone always has the latest version of the project. Data can be pushed in either direction to-and-from the desktop applications, and you can connect to all of your enterprise data in a snap. The service also keeps track of revision history.
