Take note, Hollywood. One of reality's most ass-kicking humans wants to play one of the most ass-kicking bounty hunters in video game history.

UFC champ, noted Pokémon enthusiast and regular World of Warcraft player Ronda Rousey would love to star in a Metroid movie as Samus Aran. The series and its armored hero date back to the original Nintendo console, and the game's big twist was that the alien-hunting badass beneath the iconic armor is a woman.

"I've always wanted to be Samus. That would be badass," Rousey told GameSpot during a recent interview. "I love how people found out later that it was a hot chick on the inside."

Metroid is famously one of the first games to feature multiple endings, with different conclusions based on each player's completion time. In several of the harder-to-achieve endings, Samus appears without her armor -- revealing her to be a woman.

As much as Rousey loves the character, she also loves the idea of getting to live her best life while running around in a suit of armor.

"[M]ost of the day you're in a suit, so you can just hang out and eat donuts and be the star of Metroid. I hope they make a movie out of that."

So do we, Ronda. So do we.
