Notorious prankster Roman Atwood recently took to the streets again, this time to scare the pants off some curious passerby and, of course, upload their reactions to his YouTube account.
The idea is as simple as it is pure evil: Put a rubber snake in abandoned purse and see what happens when someone tries to pick it up.
