Kids bedroom is transformed into a 'Star Wars' extravaganza

LONDON -- Having a bedroom that reflects your favourite things in life is important -- especially when you're a kid and a Star Wars fan.

After introducing his two sons to the films, David Bonney, from Blackpool, found the pair wanted everything in their lives to be just like the epic saga.

The boys' bedroom needed to be done up, so Bonney took the opportunity to add a few new features.

The room now has a "Millennium Falcon-style control panel with flashing LED lights, buttons and levers," as well as USB ports for the television and X-Box. There's even a Darth Vader mask and lightsaber that emerges from the wall.

Explaining that, It took five months for Bonney to create the Star Wars spaceship flight deck for his sons Dylan and George, he confesses there's now one major problem: "We can’t get them out of their room now and we definitely can’t tell them to go to their room if they’ve been naughty anymore."
