YouTube user Birgirpall tests video games in an online series called "I Broke..." to hilarious effect, providing over-the-top commentary and ridiculous captions (sometimes translating from his native Icelandic). In his latest video, Birgirpall takes on Surgeon Simulator 2013, a sim game in which players assume the role of shaky-handed surgeon Nigel Burke, and must perform life-saving surgery on patients.
