"Such is life," said Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson when he returned once again to the WWE in Miami on Monday. Johnson's whirlwind wrestling career led to an incredibly successful blockbuster film career -- but he couldn't hide his passion for the sport that brought him fame.

Johnson came back to WWE Monday Night Raw on Jan. 25 to banter with his old peers, pump up the crowd and even enter the ring. On his way there, he had nothing but love for old rival The Miz. He also playfully referenced his January 2000 Royal Rumble with Big Show and even teased Rusev and Lana some more.

No amount of feigned surliness or regret from his old competitors could wipe the smile off The Rock's face as he returned home. He later entered the ring with The New Day and The Usos -- who are also The Rock's cousins -- and is set to appear at Wrestlemania 32 in April, though we're not yet sure in what capacity.
