Quick Pitch: Toobla helps you collect and enjoy your favorite stuff in visual containers that can be shared anywhere.
Genius Idea: The way we traditionally save and bookmark web content is increasingly ill-equipped for the dynamic and visual nature of that content.
Toobla takes a more visual and modern approach to organizing information. You can create custom folders that you can store anything you want in -- web pages, embedded videos or web apps, photographs, flash games -- and then make those collections public or keep them for yourself.
Toobla has a list of the most popular shared folders on its site in various categories full of content that you can view. Clicking on a link will take you to a page, but clicking on a video or audio file (or other embedded content) will display the content right inside Toobla.
You save information to Toobla using a bookmarklet that gives you the option of embedding certain aspects of the content and sharing the item on Twitter. You can also sign up using Facebook Connect, and there are widgets available for your website if you want users to be able to add content to your shared folders.
Toobla has a nice interface and offers a good way to keep collections of content in various forms in a way that is easy to access and visualize.
