In a serious lapse of judgement, Ford released ads featuring scantily tied women in bondage, thrown in the back of a car trunk, with the tagline, "Leave Your Worries Behind." While the company later apologized, the public reaction was immense and extremely critical of the move. Some of our readers also criticized the move, but others defended the ad, saying that it was done in jest and shouldn't be taken so seriously.
