Typhoon Koppu, known in the Philippines as Typhoon Lando, has killed at least 11 people and left at least 16,000 people displaced across several provinces. Soldiers, police and volunteers scramble to rescue hundreds of people from flooding after the slow-moving typhoon hit the northern provinces. Parts of northern Luzon still stand to receive 20 to 40 inches of rain or more in the coming days.
