The Super Bowl may have been in February, but January's most shared ads were still dominated by hype for the big game.

Many companies started rolling out their Super Bowl ads in January, including several from Budweiser, who has exclusive beer advertising rights to the event. Athletes, cute animals and celebrities got plenty of camera time, naturally.

The top slot on Unruly's list of most-shared ads, however, went to an Italian anti-domestic violence campaign. In the clip, young boys are prompted to slap a girl and refuse.

Other companies went for the feel-good route, too, including a UPS ad starring an adorable kid bonding with a delivery man and a straight-to-the-point ad announcing that crispy M&Ms are back.
