Viva! Vision is a company that appears to be doing business as a turn-key platform provider of mobile video solutions, providing mobile apps that deliver slideshows, pre-recorded clips and live video. It sounds a lot sexier when you put it that way combined with the marketing verbage on the front of the site: "the leading provider of entertainment applications and content for mobile phones." When you take a look at their applications offered, it's slightly less exciting.

In fact, it's likely the utilitarian nature of most of their offerings, such as the TrafficCam application, that attracts the return usage and thus the venture capital they've been recently awarded:

Subscribers can see live feeds of a city’s most busy intersections, thus knowing which routes are clear and which ones to avoid. In a few short months since launch, this revolutionary application has quickly become a favorite in Mexico City, a city famous for its major traffic congestion.
