A GoPro's view of Katy Perry's explosive halftime show in the stadium

PHOENIX -- Like the fireworks soaring straight toward the sky at the end of Katy Perry's Super Bowl halftime show, camera phones and GoPro cameras rose in the stands in the hands of fans wanting to forever capture the explosive 13-minute spectacle.

The GoPro footage, above, shows a different perspective than what 118.5 million viewers saw on TV. From my 13th row StubHub seat, the production looks enormous, though you're unable to see the impact of the special effects illuminating from the floor.

Her performance was tailor-made for the massive television audience, but from inside it was hard to see the entertaining details -- the choreography, the facial expressions and the outfits, without turning your head away from the field to watch the action on the big screens.

The footage, condensed to 159 seconds, begins with Katy entering atop a giant lion for "Roar," includes guests Lenny Kravitz and Missy Elliott, and ends with Katy floating over the crowd for "Firework" as fireworks explode above the open stadium roof.
