This Prime Day Echo Buds deal is so good, I might switch from Anker
Amazon has unreal deals on wireless earbuds right now.
As Prime Day loomed, I was not in the market for a new pair. My Anker Soundcore Space A40 earbuds have been treating me just fine. In fact, my wife has a pair just like them.
In a what-are-the-odds moment, my wife dropped her earbuds under the living room couch and one of them somehow managed to find a hole in the floorboard caused by a knot in the wood.
So now, I’m spending my free time on the living room floor with a magnet on a stick trying to recover these things through that same hole in the floor, because this house somehow doesn’t have crawlspace access.
No matter what happens, I’m getting that earbud. I’m in too deep now. I bought this telescoping magnet on a stick just to recover it. That said, I’m relieved to know I have a backup option thanks to Prime Day.
If I did want to replace the earbuds, I could simply buy the Space A40 earbuds again because they are on sale for Prime Day. But why would I do that? Then I’ll just have an extra set of the same earbuds (I’m recovering that earbud, it’s happening).
But if I want a nice set of backup earbuds with a slimmer profile and diverse functionality, I am sorely tempted by the Echo Buds with active noise cancellation. Normally $139.99, they are just $44.99 for Prime Day. That’s $5 less than the Space A40 earbuds, which also offer ANC.
To be honest, both are great options for people who don’t currently have an earbud mocking them from beneath the floorboards, which I have to assume is everyone other than me. So pick the one that best suits your situation and don’t miss out on this sale.
