The 2016 election has been so plagued by scandal and controversy that it's been difficult to focus on the things that really matter: the media gaffes.

Leave it to Brian Williams to provide us with one. While live on MSNBC Wednesday night, Williams tried to explore Hillary's latest WikiLeaks scandal. But he didn't quite get it right.

"Do you agree with this Wikipedia that just keeps that just keep playing out by the thousands of revealed emails every day?" Williams asked.

The normally theatrical James Carville stays abnormally calm.

Watch, cringe and enjoy one of the few lovable gaffes of this election.
