We recently said -- with good reason, mind you -- that NBA fans shouldn't look at Instagram this time of year.

But that was wrong. You should look at Instagram. At least, you should look at Instagram on the day of the Warriors' championship parade.

Because LeBron James and Draymond Green spent much of Thursday engaged in an Instagram flame war that was indeed a worthy sequel to the just-concluded NBA Finals.

It all goes back to last year, when the Cavs beat the Warriors in the NBA Finals. James wore an Ultimate Warriors T-shirt to the Cleveland parade to un-subtly troll his vanquished opponents.

Now fast-forward to this Thursday, and the Warriors' parade in Oakland after beating Cleveland in the finals this time around. Green wore a custom-made T-shirt poking fun at how quickly the Warriors dispatched the Cavs with a play on "The Q," as Cleveland's home arena is known.

This fashion selection tickled the internet -- until James weighed in with an Instagram caption to keep the petty battle going.

But it didn't end there.

Earlier Thursday, James debuted a newly shaved head on Instagram which is (literally) a whole other story.

Green used James' new look to fire back, also on Instagram.

The NBA, folks. Never a dull moment.
