Freeform apparently knows you like to fall asleep to the sounds of Lizzie McGuire.

The network has announced plans to air some classic Disney Channel TV shows during a new late-night block called That's So Throwback.

As the name hints, That's So Raven will be included in the block, as will Hannah Montana and Kim Possible

Episodes will every Monday through Thursday from midnight to 2 a.m. On Fridays, that same time block will be dedicated to airing a Disney Channel Original Movie from days past.

The fun begins May 2.

The move puts Freeform, née ABC Family, in line with other networks that have large, nostalgic content vaults, ripe for the revisiting. Disney Channel, for instance, will soon be staging a marathon of 50 original movies, many of which come from the days Millennial remember fondly. Meanwhile, Nickelodeon loaded a bunch of their shows from the '90s into a block called The Splat last year.

What a time to be alive!

So, for clarity:

Monday – Thursday

Midnight – 12:30 a.m. ET -  Lizzie McGuire

12:30 – 1 a.m. ET - That's So Raven

1 – 1:30 a.m. ET - Hannah Montana

1:30 - 2 a.m. ET - Kim Possible

Friday night movies

May 6 - Twitches (2005), the movie starring Tia and Tamera Mowry as twins separated at birth

May 13 - Get a Clue (2002), the movie where pre-Mean Girls Lindsay Lohan plays a teen journalist who investigates the disappearance of a teacher.

May 20 - Stuck in the Suburbs (2004), the movie where future Flash star Danielle Panabaker has a phone switcharoo with a pop star.

May 27 - Smart House (1999), the movie about a teen who wins a computerized smart house that we're guessing might not look so smart in 2016.
