The Go-Go's are going on a farewell tour with Best Coast

The Go-Go's are going one last time. 

Four of the original members of the beloved pop-rock band -- singer Belinda Carlisle, guitarist Jane Wiedlin, multi-instrumentalist Charlotte Caffey and drummer Gina Schock -- will embark on a monthlong farewell tour this summer, with Best Coast and Kaya Stewart opening, according to Rolling Stone. 

"After a 38-year run, we are gearing up for one last blast of a summer tour," the band said in a statement. "We feel so lucky and so grateful to have had the incredible support of our fans for so long. We can't wait to get out on the road and give the people what they want: some loud, fast music and a great party!"

The Go-Go's formed in 1978 and went on to become one of the most successful all-women bands in history.
