SINGAPORE -- You'll now want to get to the airport super early just so you can dine at the brand new Hello Kitty themed cafe with the world's most famous feline.

The doors to the world's first 24-hour Hello Kitty cafe -- located at the arrival hall in Changi Airport's Terminal 3 -- open to the public at 11:30 a.m. local time on Thursday.

Every Hello Kitty cafe around the globe features a different theme and so does the Singapore edition. Dubbed "Hello Kitty Orchid Garden," the cafe has a whimsical garden setup with orchids -- the country's national flower -- as a main feature.

While Hello Kitty Orchid Garden has a clear appeal for the famous feline's big fans, the cafe's owners say the music and atmosphere is not overtly kawaii -- Japanese for cute -- so as not to turn away non-Sanrio fans.

Similar to the other cafes, Hello Kitty Orchid Garden serves food that is shaped in Hello Kitty's form. Injecting a local flavour to the food, the chefs have come up with locally-inspired dishes such as a wagyu beef rendang and pandan panna cotta.
