A new smartwatch is coming, too.

Ahead of a big event, smartphone makers usually keep (nearly) everything under wraps, even the names of devices they're launching.

But Huawei isn't playing that game this year. The company just posted a teaser video which clearly announces the launch of a new flagship: Huawei P10.

There's very little info there besides the name, though. The launch date is Feb. 26, and the stage is the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The imagery in the video seems to highlight the device's likely dual camera, while the slogan, "Change the way the world sees you", is a bit tougher to decode.

The Huawei P10's predecessor, the P9, was a great little phone (yes, 5.2 inches is a small handset these days) with a very good dual camera, overall great specs and amazing build quality, if a little lacking in character.

Since Huawei has a lineup of larger flagships -- that would be the Mate 9 -- one would expect the P9 to remain on the smaller side, but a recent leaked benchmark pointed to a larger, 5.5-inch device with a QHD resolution, Kirin 960 processor, 6GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

Simultaneously, Huawei CEO Richard Yu confirmed on Weibo that the company will also launch a smartwatch in Barcelona, accompanied with the image below.

The original Huawei Watch, launched two years ago, was among the most elegant smartwatches around. The poster for the new version seems to announce more of a sporty theme, which would be in line with where smartwatch makers are heading these days.

Mashable will be in Barcelona to cover the event; stay tuned for updates.
