LONDON -- For anyone who isn't familiar with the Olympics omnium events in the velodrome, the points race -- that one where they go round the track loads and do some sprinting and stuff -- can be a tad confusing.

There are so many cyclists on the track at once, there are lots of changes of pace and leadership, and there's even the possibility of cyclists lapping other cyclists.

The whole thing is great to watch, but it's also pretty hectic.
