Just a few weeks into his Purpose Tour, Justin Bieber is in the midst of yet another crisis. It's no wonder, then, that he's also taking his own advice and loving himself -- by getting three people to massage him at the same time.
Bieber canceled his tour's $2000 meet and greet packages -- for normals, anyway -- because he was "feeling so drained and filled with so much of other people's spiritual energy that I ended up so drained and unhappy." And yes, he's sorry about that.

Fans, however, had to forgo their concert tickets entirely if they wanted a refund for the meet and greets that are no longer happening.

So Beliebers should feel a wave of peace wash through their souls knowing that Bieber is absolutely practicing self care.
His pal John Shahidi snapped this photo of Bieber getting a massage from three people who have been approved for contact with the beleaguered pop star.
Bieber posted a post-massage selfie, noting that his torso looks like a face. Indeed!
He's sharing spiritual quotes on Instagram, too.
Bieber also took some time for his butt to be one with nature recently.
