Man takes a tumble celebrating his failed golf swing

There's a saying in sports: Don't celebrate too early. And you know why? If you celebrate your win too early, it's really, REALLY, embarrassing and hilarious when you actually lose.

No one knows this better than the cousin of Twitter user Nathan 𓅓. He posted this video of his proud cousin celebrating his great golf swing.

There's so much to unpack here. First, he completely misses the ball. Then, he celebrates his swing, still not realizing he missed the ball. Finally, he gets so excited about his "great swing" that he falls off the ledge of the platform, into the net below him. Don't worry, he's OK - he was seen laughing and rolling around in the net seconds later.

He might not be hurt, but his ego sure is. Never celebrate your win too early, kids, and remember to keep your eye on the ball.
