Mermaid sand sculpture with big boobs causes predictable controversy
When Hans Christian Anderson wrote The Little Mermaid, he never questioned whether she was an A-cup or B-cup.
Every year, the owner of Salty's Restaurant in Yarmouth, Massachusetts, Ray Roy, commissions a sand sculpture outside his establishment. This year, the artist chose to sculpt a Mermaid and took a few artistic "liberties," and gave the mermaid enormous boobs.
America, being America, had a fit a bout it.

Because there's nothing more threatening than a mermaid with enormous ta-tas. What sorcery lurks in additional breast tissue? Wasn't Ariel a B-cup? Will seeing a mermaid with big boobs cause them to loose their virginity at an early age, drop out of school, move to New York City?
The sand sculpture remains standing, for now.
