8 strange Patronus results I got from that Pottermore quiz

A dead bird? What a strange and very real Patronus quiz result.

Pottermore's new Patronus quiz swept social media Thursday, allowing muggles everywhere to pretend like magic was real for a few precious minutes.

After just a handful of questions, Harry Potter fans are able to learn their own personal method for fending off dementors. What a deal!

While many were happy with their results, others were left confused and hurt. Elegant swans and majestic deer were passed out, sure, but so too were rats and other less-than-beloved animals.

Anyone feeling like they got ripped off from the quiz will realize how little they have to complain about after looking at my quiz results, though. After taking the quiz a whopping eight times, I've decided to just give up and call it a day.

Take a look at my results below. Disappointing!

Not sure why my bird has to be dead, or how that would even help me fend off a dementor attack. Very strange.

This one is just depressing. Is the man alive? How would I release him? What a weird result.

I'd be fine with a single type of bug, honestly. But a mass of bugs? I don't get it, Pottermore.

A lot of my friends got different dog breeds. They aren't the most exciting thing, but at least they're healthy. Why can't I just get a normal healthy animal from this quiz?

Gosh, I'll take something as weird as the beast at this point. But specifically Kelsey Grammer's beast? I don't think I want that. Also, who designed this one? It feels like copyright infringement.

This is so oddly self-promotional. Is this an ad? I hate this quiz.

Too political.

If anyone asks, I'm telling them I got a lion.
