UPDATED April 5th, 3:06 p.m. ET to include a new video posted by Blac Chyna.

It seems like the Romeo and Juliet of the Kardashian Krew want to take their forbidden love to the altar.

Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian have been dating publicly for about two months. Now, the couple wants to make it last forever, if their social media accounts are to be believed.

The supposed engagement was announced on both Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian's Instagram accounts. While Chyna captioned hers with an excited "YES", Kardashian captioned his with a bunch of eggplant emojis.

So romantic.

It appears the proposal took place the night of April 4.

Blac Chyna's best friend Amber Rose posted her congrats to the couple the morning of April 5.

So yeah, this crazy engagement really might be real.

The rest of the Kardashian Klan was away on a surprise vacation planned by matriarch Kris Jenner that night.

The sisters, who are rarely silent on social media, have yet to tweet, Snapchat or paint a mural about their response to the engagement.

A marriage between Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian would make Rob the stepfather of Kylie Jenner's boyfriend Tyga's son. If Kylie and Tyga were to wed, step-siblings Rob and Kylie would co-parent the same child.

Oy vey.

Update:

As of April 5 at 3:07 p.m., Blac Chyna has posted a video showing off her sparkly engagement ring. The caption reads, "I'm so blessed and honored to have good man in my life, I love you @robkardashian !"

According to her subsequent hashtags, the ring clocks in at seven carats.

Looks like this engagement ain't a joke.
