Snapchat is finally redesigning its redesign.

The messaging app is testing multiple new layouts of both its "Friends" and "Discover" pages. Specifically, it's testing variations of "tabs," the feature that the company announced in February.

Some users now have a "Subscriptions" tab on their "Discover" page. This tab lets you quickly access all your subscriptions in one place (or, if you're like me, guilt you into subscribing to some channels).

Users have also spotted new tabs on the "Friends" page. Some report having "Groups," "Stories," and "Chats" tabs, while others have "Groups," "Stories," and "All."

Snapchat will, presumably, push the best-performing option to all users in a future update.

Snapchat faced major backlash from the rocky rollout of its redesign, which reorganized the app into "Friends" and "Discover" feeds and, most controversially, did away with chronological Stories. But if the tabs make it easier for users to navigate the app and immediately access the content they want, it may be the first step in the long road to forgiveness.
