John Rehling

John Rehling is former senior software engineer and NLP expert at Meltwater Group, where he was responsible for adding natural language technology to the company’s news and social media monitoring services. Prior to that, Rehling was the artificial intelligence expert at FFWD, where he designed the back-end of a social networking / media sharing site. An Ohio native, Rehling studied at Dartmouth, Indiana, and Carnegie Mellon before building NLP systems for several startups in the San Francisco Bay Area. When not working, he frolicks with his family, blogs about NLP, and can be seen goofing off @JRehling on Twitter.
