Save $35: The all-seasons Lasko fan and space heater tower is on sale for $94.99 as of Jan. 14, down from $129.99 at both Amazon and Walmart.

If you're someone who always has a fan running in the summer and also breaks out the space heater during the winter, you may have thought about buying the Dyson Hot + Cool fan heater. But then you realize that bad boy is expensive.

There is a cheaper alternative, though. The Lasko FH500 fan heater isn't as fancy, but it does produce both cool and warm air. And the best part: it's on sale for $94.99 at both Amazon and Walmart as of Jan. 14. Walmart's list price says the fan heater was originally $114.27, instead of $129.99, but I purchased it from Walmart a few months ago for $129.99. So, you're really saving more than they're advertising.

The Lasko fan heater has three heat settings and four fan speeds, and it oscillates in both heating and cooling modes. The bottom portion of the tower is the heater, while the top grates are the fan. The tower is 42 inches tall with a 13-inch round base, which gives it a relatively small footprint. In my apartment, it replaced a tall oscillating fan that took up way more space and had fewer functions.

The fan comes with a remote that lets you control the power, fan/heat settings, timer, oscillation, and eco settings. The only drawback I've experienced with the Lasko FH500 is that the control panel is bright and a little irritating while trying to sleep. But, I put a piece of black electrical tape over it and it has been totally fine.

Head over to Amazon or Walmart and grab the Lasko fan and space heater combo while it's on sale for $94.99.
