New Year's resolutions surrounding a healthier diet or weight loss are some of the most common every year — but they also feel like the ones that always fall off after a few weeks.

Sometimes, the whole issue is that our resolutions are nothing more than a flimsy statement in a journal. "Be healthier" is too damn vague for anyone to follow, and a writer at the New York Times suggests that planning small, achievable goals is a more tangible way to build toward your end goal. When it comes to weight loss or healthy eating, a new kitchen appliance to help structure your diet could be a huge help.

The extracting capabilities of juicers are a great way to ensure that you're getting the nutrients from fruits and vegetables that your immune system, heart, and metabolism need to work harmoniously. (Especially if you're just never going to be one of those people who ~enjoys salads.~) Many juices stay fresh for 72 hours, meaning you can have a grab-and-go drink ready for work each morning.

A few juicers from top brands like Breville and Omega are on sale this week, and you can use the $70 you saved on produce at the store. Here's what we found:

Breville Juice Founatin Cold XL (BJE830BSS1BUS1) — $279.95 (save $70)

Finding one of Breville's luxury kitchen appliances on sale always has us feeling blessed — even more so when it's the lowest price in Amazon history. This centrifugal juicer uses Cold Spin Technology to push juice up through a stainless steel disc and through a filter, a process that supposedly ensures low temperatures (too much heat is typically a worry with high-speed juicers). Breville claims that it's five times faster than a cold press juicer.

Regularly $349.95, you can save $70 and get it for $279.95 at Amazon.

Hamilton Beach 2 Speed Big Mouth Plus Juice Extractor (67750) — $59.99 (save $20)

Premium juicers in the $200 ballpark can be an intimidating investment for multiple reasons. Hamilton Beach's Big Mouth Plus juice extractor lets you try this new method of healthy eating without dipping into your grocery money. Its three-inch mouth can fit whole fruits and veggies, and once you choose a speed (high for firm foods like apples or low for softer berries and leafy greens), the machine takes care of the rest.

Regularly $79.99, you can save $20 and get it for $59.99 at Walmart.

Omega J8006HDC Juicer — $239.99 (save $60)

Anyone who clicked on this article because they want to replace their beginner's juicer will be psyched on this Omega deal. Omega is one of the top names in at-home juicing, specifically excelling in the masticating juicer department. The J8006HDC model runs at a slow 80 RPM and uses no heat while extracting nutrients, allowing your juice to stay fresh for up to 72 hours. You'll need to use some elbow grease to push your foods toward the chute feed, but the slow-and-steady outcome is worth it.

Regularly $299.99, you can save $60 and get it for $239.99 at Bed, Bath, and Beyond. Beyond Members can save an extra $48 and get it for $191.99.
