Move over, Spider-Man. Sit down, Batman. There's a new superhero in town.

Based on the children's book series, Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie features the voices of Kevin Hart and Silicon Valley's Thomas Middleditch as two fourth-grade BFFs who hypnotize their overbearing principal (voiced by Ed Helms).

To their own surprise, they manage to turn him into a kind-hearted (if extremely dim-witted) caped crusader known as Captain Underpants.

Needless to say, a whole lot of nonsense ensues.

Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie is in theaters June 2.
