Who's up for some spooky sleuthing?

In Netflix's Hubie Halloween, Adam Sandler plays an outcast Salem resident who fully embraces the frightful festivities. But after the townsfolk start to disappear, Hubie must prove to the police (Kevin James, Kenan Thompson) that the strange events are being caused by monsters who need to be stopped.

The trailer mixes a little bit of mystery with a lot of comedy — and with names including Julie Bowen, Ray Liotta, Noah Schnapp, Steve Buscemi, and Maya Rudolph rounding out the cast, Hubie Halloween could be so funny that it's scary.

Hubie Halloween hits Netflix October 7.
