We're halfway through IT: Welcome to Derry, and the second half of the season looks more clown-filled than ever.

In the footage above we see Dick Hallorann struggling with his visions, plenty more of Pennywise, and a shot of a burning building that looks like it may well be the fire at the Black Spot that takes place in the novels. This is one of several horrifying events that Mike Hanlon writes about in his history of Derry, upon which the show is based — it's also an event that marks the end of the creature's cycle.

IT: Welcome to Derry airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET on HBO and HBO Max.
