Kingsman: The Secret Service may have been inspired by that most British of properties--James Bond--but the follow-up brings them across the pond to America.
The first Kingsman: The Golden Circle trailer introduces Statesman, Kingsman's U.S. counterpart.
There, Eggsy (Taron Egerton) and his friends meet elite agents played by Channing Tatum, Halle Berry, Jeff Bridges, and Pedro Pascal. Also reporting for duty is Julianne Moore as the new villain.
Expect lots more explosive action, raunchy jokes, and goofy gadgets. And, by the looks of it, so much American spirit that we're deep into (affectionate) parody territory.
Kingsman: The Golden Circle is in theaters September 22.
