You don't build a fast-food empire as a front for your drug empire without having really good employees and really good employees require really good training videos.

Gustavo "Gus" Fring knew this and now we can see how he built such a successful chain with Los Pollos Hermanos courtesy of these training videos for the fried chicken shack.

Okay, so, duh, this is just a promotional video for the upcoming third season of AMC's Breaking Bad prequel-spinoff, Better Call Saul. But it's a great video and it's promoting a really terrific show and Gus was one of the best television villains in recent years so what's not to love?

We already knew Gus was going to popping up thanks to a previous teaser, but this just ups the hype level another notch. Viva Gus! Season 3 of Better Call Saul kicks of Monday April 10 on AMC.
